Quindorian Press welcomes initial inquiries from select writers working in short fiction, poetry, and literary collections.

We are a small literary press with a focused publishing program. We are especially interested in writing with a distinctive voice, a strong sense of atmosphere, and a clear commitment to literary craft.

At this time, we are accepting initial inquiries only. Please do not send full manuscripts unless requested.

What To Send

Please send a brief inquiry that includes:

  • Your name

  • Contact information

  • A short author bio

  • A brief description of the project

  • The form of the work: short fiction collection, poetry collection, story cycle, novella, or related literary project

  • Current manuscript status

  • Any relevant publication history

Please do not send full manuscripts, attachments, or complete collections unless requested.

What We Consider

Quindorian Press is primarily interested in:

  • Short fiction collections

  • Poetry collections

  • Story cycles

  • Novellas

  • Literary projects with a strong sense of voice, atmosphere, and craft

We are not currently seeking commercial genre novels, nonfiction proposals, memoirs, children’s books, screenplays, or academic work.

Quindorian Press reviews inquiries selectively. Because we are a small press, we may not be able to respond to every inquiry.
